General terms of sale.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the provision of the OPERATORS Audit and, where applicable, subsequent services (design, deployment, maintenance of operations systems).

2. Price

OPERATORS Audit · 497 USD, one-time payment. The price is firm at order. Applicable taxes (GST, QST) are added where relevant and appear on the invoice.

3. Payment

Payment is made via Stripe, a secure payment platform. No banking data is stored by our systems. The file opens upon receipt of payment.

4. Delivery

The report is delivered within seventy-two (72) business hours from receipt of payment and information required for the audit. A Google Meet interview is scheduled shortly after for the walkthrough.

5. Best-efforts obligation

The audit is an expert analysis based on the elements provided. It constitutes a best-efforts obligation: we apply our expertise with rigour, without guaranteeing a specific commercial outcome.

6. Withdrawal and refund

The sale is intended for professionals. No statutory withdrawal right applies. Once the audit report has been produced and delivered, no refund is possible. In case of cancellation before work begins, a full refund may be granted on written request.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared during the audit is processed in strict confidentiality. No client data leaves our perimeter without explicit authorisation.

8. Ownership

The delivered report becomes your property. The internal methods, models and tools used to produce it remain our intellectual property.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or consequences of decisions made on the basis of the report.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute shall, failing amicable settlement, fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Montreal district.
