Data collected

Via our forms (contact, OPERATORS Audit request): name, business email, company, activity, stated need. Via your browsing: technical IP address, browser type, pages visited, traffic source (UTM).

Purposes

Reply to you, open and follow your file, measure the performance of our campaigns, improve the site. No data resale. No third-party advertising use beyond the measurement mentioned below.

Third-party tools

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (secure payment), Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement, subject to your prior consent).

Cookies

We use technical cookies (necessary for the site to work) and measurement cookies (Meta Pixel). The latter are only activated if you consent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser local storage.

Retention period

Thirty-six (36) months from our last exchange, unless a longer legal obligation applies (for example: invoices kept for seven years).

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We respond within thirty (30) days.
