Data collected

Through our forms (contact, 90-Day Plan, call booking and newsletter), we collect your name, business email, company, activity, stated need and subscription choice. When you browse the site, we collect the technical IP address, browser type, pages visited and traffic source (UTM).

Data processed on behalf of our clients

As part of L’Acquisition, Le Système and L’Opération, the contact details of our clients’ customers and prospects (name, phone number, email and message content) pass through our systems. We process them solely to deliver the service, according to our clients’ instructions, and for no other purpose. Their retention follows the agreement with the client concerned.

Purposes

Reply to you, open and manage your file, deliver a purchase, measure campaign performance and improve the site. We send the newsletter only after your express subscription. Emails required to complete or deliver a purchase remain transactional. We do not resell data or allow third-party advertising use beyond the measurement described below.

Third-party tools

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (secure payment), Google Analytics (site usage measurement) and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement). Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel remain disabled until you consent. For the dedicated text line used by recurring services, the selected telephony provider is named in the relevant client’s service agreement.

Processing outside Quebec

Some providers may process or store information outside Quebec. Before such a transfer, we assess privacy factors and the applicable contractual, technical and legal safeguards.

Cookies

We use technical cookies necessary for the site to work and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel measurement cookies. No measurement tool loads before you accept. You can change your choice by clearing the consent stored in your browser local storage.

Retention period

Prospect files are kept for thirty-six (36) months after the last exchange. A newsletter subscription remains active until the person unsubscribes. Invoices are kept for seven years. Technical proof of consent or withdrawal is retained only as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing, portability and withdrawal of consent. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, which we process without delay. To exercise your other rights, write to [email protected]. We respond within thirty (30) days.

Recourse

In case of disagreement, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) or your national data protection authority.
